For good. For all.

SPACE

Are you the parent or a caregiver of a child or adolescent who struggles with anxiety, OCD, or related problems? Introducing SPACE – Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions – a parent-based treatment program designed to help families navigate these challenging issues.

How does the SPACE program work?

Our program is led by experienced therapists and provides a supportive environment where parents can learn effective strategies for managing their child’s anxiety, as well as gain a deeper understanding of the underlying causes and triggers. When successful, children and adolescents feel less anxious and function better.

Through individual and group sessions, parents will learn how to:

  • Identify and understand their child’s specific anxiety symptoms, including fears, trouble separating, OCD and more
  • Develop effective coping strategies for managing anxiety at home
  • Communicate effectively with their child and provide emotional support
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for their child
