Vice President of Marketing & Communications

The Vice President of Marketing and Communications is responsible for executing and overseeing all aspects of the agency’s marketing and communications initiatives. This position will leverage brand and reputation to increase the agency’s visibility, articulate its unique role in the local nonprofit sector and Jewish community, deepen donor engagement, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences with varying connections to the agency. The VP of Marketing and Communications will operate at both the strategic and tactical levels to accomplish the goals of the annual marketing and communications plan. The VP of Marketing and Communications will guide and oversee relationships with vendors, ensuring effective use of agency resources towards strategic goals. The VP of Marketing and Communications will partner closely with agency staff to develop useful marketing materials, execute meaningful storytelling campaigns, and otherwise leverage the agency’s programs, brand, and reputation through a variety of platforms. The VP of Marketing and Communications will be an integral partner to the agency’s fundraising efforts, contributing ideas and collateral materials towards the goal of generating funds to support the agency’s mission. This position is a member of the agency’s Senior Leadership Team and will contribute to decision-making across all agency concerns.

Full-time/Exempt. 37.5 hour work week. Salary $75-90,000/Annually.  Generous benefits.
