We offer therapy/support groups and educational offerings (webinars and workshops) that support the mental health and wellness of community members. Past offerings have included, for example, webinars on stress management, mindfulness groups for parents, and drop-in virtual support groups during the pandemic. Upcoming groups and offerings include:
ADHD Women Support Group
A support group for adult women with ADHD (18+) in the Rochester region. The group will provide education around ADHD as well as support and resources for women with ADHD.
The group will meet weekly starting July 11 via Zoom. Time to be determined. To register or for more information please text or call Susan @ 585-504-1474.
Caregiver Support Group
This support group offers caregivers emotional and social support as well as educational information to assist those caring for a loved one. This group is for spouses, children, and any other family member or friend caring for a loved one.
Our support group meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 12:30pm – 1:30 pm in the Lipson Lounge at the JCC.

Nondenominational Therapy Group For Teen Girls with anxiety
