Designed for adults who notice changes in mood, energy, or motivation during the darker months, this engaging session will explore why seasonal shifts affect mental health and what actually helps. You’ll learn practical, evidence-based strategies for managing Seasonal Affective Disorder and winter stress, with time for guided reflection and discussion in a warm, welcoming space. Open to the public and free of charge, this program is ideal for anyone seeking support, insight, or a starting point for caring for their mental well-being. Registration is required so we can plan appropriately and ensure a comfortable experience for all.
