Gather with moms of new babies up to one year old to grow your toolbox for managing stress and daily life with your little one(s). The Mothers & Babies group gives you strategies for creating healthy behaviors, healthy thoughts and positive social support. The Mothers & Babies Group begins September 21st, and meets weekly from 10am to 12pm at the Jewish Community Center (JCC) Lipson Lounge.
