How does Concierge Connection work?
The Concierge Connection makes life a little easier for parents and caregivers of children who have been admitted to The Golisano Children’s Hospital.
Concierge Connection volunteers provide information and connect parents and caregivers to hospital and community resources.
Concierge volunteers are trained by Friends of Strong and Jewish Family Service and work once/week for a three hour shift.
Hours of Operation - ADD
Hours vary based on volunteer coverage.

Volunteers must observe strict confidentiality, be computer literate and able to use the following equipment with minimal direction: computer, fax and phone. Volunteers must be resourceful, independent courteous self-starters who provide outstanding customer service and enjoy working with the public. Many shifts are available.
