  • JFS Rochester closes at 3pm each Friday
  • Retirement plans – Employees are eligible to contribute to the 403 (b) retirement plan and/or Roth IRA immediately upon hire. After meeting the requirement of one full year of employment an employee will be eligible for an employer contribution. 

  • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) – If you have ever worked for a government or 501(c)(3) organization, you may be eligible for federal loan cancellation under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. Depending on your profession, you may also qualify for state repayment assistance programs.
